Participation Information for Food Vendors
In order to provide a variety of options to our attendees, food, drink and treat vendors must be approved before submitting payment. To inquire, complete the form below.

Estero Community Park

Set up:
Set up begins no earlier than 9 am and must be completed by 11am. The event runs from 1-8 pm. Use the attached map to enter the park along the designated route. Event staff will direct you to your exact parking spot. On event day,
Power:
Vendors are responsible for their own power supply. Although there are some electrical receptacles on light poles stationed at the food vendor area, there is no guarantee that the outlets will be functional.
Safety:
Vendors must comply with the attached Estro Fire Marshal requirements. Each food vendor will be inspected for safety during or after set-up by Estero Fire Rescue.
