Participation Information for Biz Expo Vendors

Timetable

9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Sign-in, unload, set up, and park your vehicle.
(Please note: sign-in begins at 9:00 a.m. and early arrival does not affect booth placement.)

12:00 p.m.
All Biz Expo vendors must be fully set up.

1:00–5:00 p.m.
Biz Expo open to the public. No vehicles allowed in the vendor area during this time.

5:00–6:00 p.m.
Pack-up period. Vehicles permitted with caution, as guests will still be on site.

6:00–8:00 p.m.
Ben Allen Band performance.

8:00 p.m.
All equipment must be removed by this time.

Important Vendor Guidelines

  • Vendors should bring everything you need for your display, including tent, tables, chairs, and display materials. Each vendor receives a marked 10’x10’ space (per space reserved). The surface is grassy, and electricity is not available.
  • Vendors should bring all tools and supplies needed to set-up your display area (filled sandbags or other tent anchors, dollies, etc). 
  • Booth placement will be assigned upon arrival. Arriving early will not influence location, so please choose a time that allows you to set up comfortably before guests arrive.
  • Vendors will be directed to an unloading area upon arrival. After unloading, all vehicles must be moved to the parking lot.
  • For everyone’s safety, vehicles are not permitted in the vendor area from Noon to 5:00 p.m. while the Expo is open to the public.
  • The Expo concludes at 5:00 p.m., prior to the start of the Ben Allen Band concert. You are warmly encouraged to stay, relax, and enjoy the show after a productive day.
  • When packing up, you will be directed to a loading zone. After loading, please return your vehicle to the parking lot if you plan to stay for the concert. Please drive with extreme caution due to pedestrian activity.
  • You are welcome to delay breakdown until later in the evening if you prefer. All items must be fully removed by 8:00 p.m.
